Privacy Policy

The Short Version

MyPantryLog collects zero personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device. There are no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising.

What Data We Collect

None. MyPantryLog does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. All pantry data, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your iPhone using your device's secure storage.

Data Storage

All app data is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's standard local storage APIs. This data is:

• Never sent to any server
• Never shared with third parties
• Backed up to iCloud only if you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device (controlled entirely by you in iOS Settings)
• Permanently deleted when you delete the app

Third-Party Services

MyPantryLog uses RevenueCat solely to process the optional one-time Supporter purchase. RevenueCat handles the payment transaction through Apple's in-app purchase system. No payment card information is received by this app. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.

All other app functionality — pantry tracking, expiry alerts, shopping lists — operates entirely offline with no third-party involvement.

Notifications

Expiry reminder notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device by iOS. No notification content is sent to or processed by any external server.

Children's Privacy

MyPantryLog does not collect any data from anyone. As no data is collected, no special provisions regarding children are required.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is ever updated, the new version will be posted at this URL. Given the commitment to zero data collection, material changes are not anticipated.
